CHF’s Research Project Review, November 19th, 2022 – The John Dimitri Research Foundation attended The Children’s Heart Foundation’s Medical Advisory Council (MAC) annual evaluation of clinical research projects focused on improving lifespan and quality of life for patients with (HLHS) and other (SV) defects. Proposals that are of particular interest to us include but are not limited to those focusing on lymphatic disorders including (PLE), biventricular repairs in patients with borderline left hearts, and regenerative stem cell therapies.
